Oct 4, 2007 · Posted October 4, 2007. I don't think there are many major differences apart from the lack of multiplayer ( ) and better graphics and the game doesnt freeze up as much when a lot of things are happening. Also if you havent got it on PSP I recommend buying it on that instead.

I like the addition of few new vehicles and redesigning of some models like Manana or Perenial, radio was also a step up from III although I don't know why they didn't make a proper rock station.
